Kitchener Waterloo trash the dress photography sessions
If you know someone with a size 6/7 wedding gown, or if you have one yourself, something in a contemporary style, I want to make a trade with you! Let your dress have another big day!
Donate your previously loved, stylish wedding gown to my next trash the dress photography session and in return, I will give you:
– a complementary photography session, with no session fee
– a mounted 16×20 print of your favourite image from your session
– a collection of 10 high resolution digital negatives; your favourites from the session
This package is a $650 value. You decide what kind of portrait session you want. It can be portrait, family, couple, engagement, children, modeling, glamour or boudoir photography.
What is a trash the dress session?
Fun, fashionable and crazy images; something different from traditional bridal photography. Out in the woods, in the meadow, in the water (!), on the streets. ….places that make for beautiful, interesting images, places you wouldn’t risk a gown in on your wedding day.
So what styles am I looking for?
Here are some gown examples from some friendly and helpful photographers I know who I also look to for inspiration and help (Thank you Andy, Julie, Gretchen, Craig and Warne!):
Andy’s website: www.andyarmstrongphoto.com
Julie’s website: www.chanterellephotography.com
Gretchen’s website: www.gretchenbphotography.com
Craig’s website: www.craigspix.com
Warne’s website: www.noycephotography.com
If you have a size 6/7 contemporary style wedding gown (not 1980’s style please) that’s different from the styles I’m showing here, I am interested in seeing it!
What if you would like to give your wedding dress one final fling but it’s not a size 6/7?
Send me a picture of you in your gown! I will be offering this complementary trash the dress session to 2 brides who want to be the models in their own dress. Those 2 brides get a complementary trash the dress session, a 16×20 print and a collection of 10 high resolution digital negatives.
This offer ends on Oct 15th, 2008.
You can call me at 519 589 1723 or email me through the email form at the top of this page if you are interested and we can talk about all the details!
Your work is fantastic Jay – Trash the Dress sessions are so fun, I’ll be looking forward to your photos of these 🙂

Love your work!!
I was wondering if you are still looking for someone to Trash the Dress. I’m moving to the Kitchener/Waterloo region and would love to Trash my Dress in the spring or summer.
Nathalie.
